There is no better time than summer to experiment with a paleo lifestyle or do a Whole30. The abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables makes it so much easier to kick grains, beans, and dairy aside and dive into meals bursting with seasonal, nutrient dense produce. I’ve rounded up my favorite Summer Paleo Recipes featuring the very best bounty of the season. These are tried-and-true recipes that both OSK readers and my family absolutely love – and you will too!

I’ve mentioned time and time again on this blog that I don’t subscribe to a particular diet 100% of the time. My body’s needs change as the seasons change, and I’ve never felt the need to box myself into a rigid food lifestyle. That being said, I’m the most paleo I’ll ever be in the summer months, and it’s both an easy and natural choice.
