    • Mashed yucca is one of my favorite paleo and Whole30 side dishes. It's cheap, healthy, and easy to prepare, with a creamy and rich texture. Mashed yucca root is an excellent alternative to mashed cauliflower or pureed sweet potatoes during your Whole30 journey.
