1.5 lb baby potatoes 2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp italian seasoning ½ tsp kosher salt ½ tsp ground pepper ½ c grated parmesan 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp chopped parsley

INGREDIENTS

⭐️ Scrub the potatoes, but don't peel - the crispy skin is delicious! ⭐️ These are VERY garlicky - start with half if you're sensitive. ⭐️ Dice into uniform, bite-sized pieces so the potatoes cook evenly. ⭐️ Shake 1-2 times while cooking for evenly air fried potatoes. ⭐️ Preheat your air fryer if necessary (check manufacturer instructions)

PRO TIPS!

Need to make a bigger batch?  Heat oven to 200°F and keep the first batch on a baking sheet in the oven. They'll stay warm and crispy!

BIGGER BATCH?

Toss potatoes with olive oil, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.

Transfer to the basket  of your air fryer.

Cook at 400°F for 18 minutes. Shake once halfway through.

Toss with melted butter and chopped parsley.
