POTATO WEDGES

⭐️ 1.5 lbs potatoes (yukon, red, or russet) ⭐️ 1 tbsp olive oil ⭐️ 1 tsp italian seasoning ⭐️ 1 tsp paprika ⭐️ 1 tsp garlic powder ⭐️ 1 tsp kosher salt ⭐️ ½ tsp ground pepper ⭐️ finely chopped fresh parsley

INGREDIENTS

⭐️ Soak 'em! A quick soak in cold water will remove starches and create crispier edges. ⭐️ Preheat your air fryer if required ⭐️ Shake frequently! To ensure even cooking and maximize crispiness.

PRO TIPS!

⭐️ Maryland Style:  2 tsp old bay, plus salt and pepper ⭐️ Mexican: 1 tsp each red pepper flakes and cumin; drizzle with fresh lime juice  ⭐️ Classic Barbecue: 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 oregano; BBQ sauce for dunking!

ALTERNATIVE SEASONINGS

Prep potatoes. Cut potatoes in half, then lengthwise into quarters.

Slice the quarters into eights, cut side down for safety.

Cover the wedges with cold water and soak for 30 minutes. Drain and dry thoroughly.

Toss with olive oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Arrange in air fryer basket in an even layer. Don't fill more than halfway.

Cook at 390°F for 20-22 minutes. Shake every 5 minutes.

Crispy outside, tender inside. SO GOOD!

Season with chopped parsley and serve with favorite dipping sauces.
