Trim brussels sprouts, then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add 1/4 cup water to the air fryer basket.

Fit with crisper plate, then arrange brussels sprouts in an even layer.

Air fry at 380°F for 12-14 minutes. Toss them once or twice while cooking.

Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.
