This is one of the easiest, most crowd-pleasing cocktail recipes I've ever made, and I'm so excited to serve it for any and all occasions this holiday season. Pomegranate prosecco punch is tart, refreshing, super aromatic, and oh so very festively hued. Serve it for Thanksgiving, Christmas brunch, or your annual holiday party.

Instructions
Combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, and cointreau in a pitcher. Stir until combined. If making in advance, place into the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
Fill a rocks glass with ice, then fill glass halfway with pomegranate punch. Top off the remainder of the glass with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice, pomegranate seeds, and mint sprig.

Notes
Use 100% juice with no added sugars.
Opt for Cointreau if you have the budget. If not, choose a mid-tier Triple Sec - your liquor store attendant should have several suggestions.
This recipe easily scales up for a larger crowd. Double, triple, or quadruple the recipe, and allow guests to pour and garnish their own drinks.
