INGREDIENTS

– 4 peaches, pitted and sliced – 1 plum, pitted and sliced – 1 cup pitted cherries – 1 bottle dry white wine, vinho verde, sauvignon blanc, etc – ½ c. brandy, we prefer Hennessy – ⅓ c. simple syrup, or ¼ c agave – ⅓ c. peach scnhapps

STEP 1

Pit the stone fruits. Slice the peaches and plums and halve the cherries.

Place the fruit into the bottom of a pitcher.

Add the wine (it doesn't need to be chilled).

Then add the brandy, simple syrup, and peach schnapps.

Stir to combine, then chill at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.

Pour over ice, and serve cold. Enjoy!
