Dice portobello mushrooms into 1/2" pieces.
Combine bell pepper and onion in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped. Or, chop finely by hand.
Sautee mushrooms until they release water content.
Add onion and pepper and saute until soft.
Combine veggies, ground turkey, egg, and seasoning.
Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Rub oil on hands to prevent sticking, then form 4 patties.
Saute in olive oil until cooked through.
Serve with guacamole, lettuce, onion and tomato.
