Make stir fry sauce, dice chicken, and prep vegetables.

Stir fry chicken until no longer pink.

Add carrots and broccoli.  Stir fry 3 minutes.

Add bell peppers. Stir fry three minutes more.

Pour in stir fry sauce.

Simmer 3-5 minutes - until stir fry is cooked through and sauce is thickened.

Serve with  Instant Pot Rice...

Instant Pot  Quinoa...

or Simple Cauliflower Rice.
