⭐️ 4 tbsp olive oil ⭐️ 1 tbsp red wine vinegar ⭐️ 1 tbsp lemon juice ⭐️ 2 tsp lemon zest ⭐️ 1 tsp dried oregano ⭐️ ½ tsp dried thyme ⭐️ 1 tsp kosher salt ⭐️ ½ tsp ground pepper

MARINADE

Marinate diced vegetables for 30 minutes at room temperature or 12 hours in the fridge.
