CHEF'S TIP! Look for pre-shredded or shaved brussels sprouts in the produce section to save time.
Toss shredded sprouts with cooking fat, vinegar, salt, and garlic powder.
Spread into an even layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Transfer to the oven and roast at 425°F.
Stir once or twice halfway through until golden brown and crispy (20-22 minutes).
