Layer sliced white onion in your crockpot.

Place chicken on top of onion. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.

Puree tinga sauce in blender and pour over chicken.

Cook HIGH 3-4 hours  or LOW 6-8 hours.

Shred and toss with tinga sauce.
