THE BRAMBLE

gin + raspberry cocktail

INGREDIENTS – 2 oz gin – 1 oz lemon juice – 1/2 oz simple syrup – 1/2 oz creme de cassis, or chambord – lemon wheel, for garnish – fresh blackberries, for garnish

Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake until chilled, then pour over crushed ice.

Slowly pour in the creme de cassis.

The liqueur is heavier than the gin mixture and will settle to the bottom.

Garnish with blackberries and a lemon wheel.
