banana bread
⭐️ 2 c all purpose flour ⭐️ 1 tbsp baking powder ⭐️ 1 tsp kosher salt ⭐️ 1 tbsp brown sugar ⭐️ 1 tsp cinnamon
DRY INGREDIENTS
⭐️ 2 very ripe bananas, mashed ⭐️ 1 c milk ⭐️ 3 large eggs ⭐️ 4 tbsp butter, melted ⭐️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
WET INGREDIENTS
⭐️ mini chocolate chips ⭐️ walnuts
MIX INS!
WHEN TO FLIP??? ⭐️ look for bubbles that have burst through the center, making "holes" AND ⭐️ edges that look firm
Mash the bananas. Add remaining wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

Whisk dry ingredients until well combined.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold with a rubber spatula until just barely combined.

Add your mix-ins, if using.

Fold gently - don't overmix.

Ladle 1/4 c batter into a heated skillet. Cook 4 minutes, then flip and cook 2 minutes more.
