AIR FRYER STEAKS
⭐️ 2 10-oz steaks (ribeye, new york, or sirloin) ⭐️ 1 tbsp olive oil ⭐️ 1 tbsp butter ⭐️ kosher salt, to taste ⭐️ fresh ground pepper, to taste
CHOOSE THE RIGHT CUT! "Steakhouse style" cuts - like ribeye, NY strip, and sirloin - work best in cooked whole in the air fryer.
Pat steaks dry, season with salt, then rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Rub with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F 10 minutes for medium rare (12 minutes for medium); flip once halfway through.
Top with a pat of butter then rest 5-10 minutes.
Slice against the grain and serve.
