4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp italian seasoning 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp kosher salt ½ tsp ground pepper Pinch garlic powder Chopped parsley or basil, for garnish

INGREDIENTS

⭐️ Pat the chicken dry first. Moisture is the enemy of crispiness! ⭐️ Season generously. ⭐️ Don’t overcrowd the basket - arrange chicken in a single layer. ⭐️ Pre-heat air fryer if necessary (check manufacturer instructions!) Always check internal temperature - 165°F is perfect!

CHEF'S TIPS

Pat chicken dry. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning. Work in seasoning and oil until evenly coated.

Arrange the chicken skin side down in air fryer basket in an even layer.

Program to 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip, then cook 8-10 minutes more, or until the temperature reads 165°F.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

🌟🌟🌟 PRO TIP!! 🌟🌟🌟 Reheating in the air is both easy and delicious (goodbye soggy skin!).  Place chicken in the basket and reheat at 375°F for 2-4 minutes, depending on size.
