GRILLED BROCCOLI

⭐️ 2 medium heads broccoli (about 6 cups), divided into florets ⭐️ 3 tbsp olive oil ⭐️ 2 cloves garlic, minced ⭐️ 1 tsp kosher salt ⭐️ 1/2 tsp ground pepper ⭐️ 1 tbsp lemon juice, optional

INGREDIENTS

⭐️ Italian Seasoning - add 1 tsp with oil and salt ⭐️ Lemon - season with juice and/or zest just before serving ⭐️ Pesto - a little drizzle goes a long way ⭐️ Sesame Oil - add 1 tsp with olive oil ⭐️ Shaved hard cheese - parmesan, asiago, or pecorino, just before serving

SEASONING SUGGESTIONS

PRO TIP! Line the grill with aluminum foil or use a grill tray to prevent the florets from falling through the grates.

Combine broccoli, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until well combined.

Heat grill to medium (375°F-ish). Spread florets in a single layer.

Close lid and grill 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.

Season with fresh lemon juice and serve immediately.
